Yes actually, judging by the style of his other siblings, Latoya, who likes to wear snakes on her neck and usually dresses like a pin up when she is pushing 40, and lets not forget jermaine, who has had jerry curls for the past three decades and is known to dress up as "Jesus". Uh yes it is considering you named 3 siblings out of like 9. Rebbie who you probably don't even know of is another sister who has very conservative style.
