It's funny because last night I watched a show on Mtv Idol about her. I think it was named " Driven" and they played those songs from her past albums and showed clips of her very early beginnings with her brothers and she was so cute and acted so well!

Anyway, thanks to the show, since this morning my playlist is almost 90% made of Janet. I'm actually listening to the Velvet Rope cd.

Well, well as much as I love the Velvet Rope, I can't forget the shock I had when I discovered Rythmn Nation for the 1st time! I loved all of it and I still do actually: the protest songs, cool ballads, dance, rock songs.

I was living in Africa back at that time and was in my early teen years so it just can't compare to me...I mean this album brings back so much sweet memories.

It was so fun when my friends and I tried to recreate her choreography of the Rythmn Nation video or when we asked friends living in Europe or in Usa to send us the latest videos of Janet!
