Why? Being a mom doesn't have to = raggedy like Jennifer Garner. Look at Victoria Beckham, now that's a fab mommy.

I simply don't understand why she has a thread here when she has no style at all. She looks like any other mom you see at the grocery store, sometimes even worse.

Re: the comparison with Victoria Beckham: firstly, their styles are completely different. Secondly, based on the evidence, Victoria isn't nearly as much of a "hands on" mother as Jennifer clearly is; we see her engaging in her children's lives on a daily basis with no "help." Hence, she may look tired from time to time. Oi, she is human! Thirdly, she does indeed have a sense of style, which seems to be very all American, maybe leaning toward preppy. Fourthly, she is a talented actress (especially lovely in "Juno" imo) who is married to a talented actor, hence people take an interest in her, hence she has a thread. It is all fairly straightforward.

She does have a tenancy to dress like a 'soccer mom' in her down time but she always looks nice on the red carpet so it doesn't bother me that she has a thread and clearly other's feel the same way because there are 32 pages to this thread and another closed thread with 151 pages in it.

well atm, she's not just a mom, she's a pregnant mom, so i'm pretty sure being stylish isn't the top of her priorities. being comfortable is key when pregnant.

No offence, but this forum is about fashion, so we are basically focused on how celebrities look, no matter if theyre pregnant or not. In this case I dont see any style either and it has nothing to do with her being mom, or being pregnant. She just looks like she really doesnt care what she wears imo. I dont like her style at all, sorry. And looking good at red carpet only proves someone obviously helps her to dress up for special occasions, so is it really her choice and her sense of fashion then?

Well look back a few pages maybe? There are several pictures, imo, of Jennifer that show her caring what she looks like. For example, in the beautiful camel coat and black riding boots while shopping with Ben, or in the sweet black & ivory striped sweater with red scarf, or ...beh, I could go on, but you can look if you want.

In my opinion, it does indeed count that she is pregnant. Anyone who has ever been pregnant, especially in the later stages, especially if she already has young children to look after, KNOWS that it is not easy to find good clothes let alone look pulled together at all times.
