Jennifer Lawrence

no. that's one ugly ugly dress and those shoes are awful. even her hair looks bad.

Oh I love the Marchesa dress:heart:, I think the design and color are gorgeous and the back is fantastic. I loved all her bombshell looks so far but its nice to see her switch it up to something more pretty and girly:flower:

she should change stylists. She is beautiful but her clothes choices are really bad in this tour.

Only look I've loved so far is the Tom Ford, that was perfect.. The Ralph Lauren was nice as well but boring

and that Marchesa is even worse than usual.. it looks like Christian Siriano. The skirt of it is especially bad

This is going to sound terrible, but I wish she wouldn't smile as much.
she is so much more beautiful when she goes for a more serious smolder than a smile

I already know it's an awful thing to say, but surely someone else has thought the same...? :innocent:

Gorgeous.......................................................................Awkward

^I think it´s weird because when she smiles she looks like 12 yo but when she´s serious/pouting she looks like a bombshell, she has a killer body to pull it off.

I know it's not a nice thing to say, but I fully agree!

The makeup with the red Marchesa dress is all wrong... Especially with the hair.

Jennifer Lawrence joined her co-star Elizabeth Banks on the red carpet for ‘The Hunger Games’ Berlin premiere in Germany

The actress wore a Marchesa Fall 2012 dress. A gold Ferragamo box clutch and Giuseppe Zanotti vibrant red peep-toes to match her dress accessorized her look.

IMO Her stylist should be fired, along with whoever is doing her hair. Not one of these looks is particularly memorable or good.

I want her to fire her stylist so badly. I don't think I've been wowed by any of her looks. The Tom Ford is alright, but I don't know what I expected from her for this premiere. Something more epic? I don't know. Anyway, she's a great actress so all this shallow stuff matters a lot less if really at all. Can't wait til Friday! B)

I agree with pretty much everything you said. The reviews have been raving about her performance so I suppose she doesn't need great style to be noticed but I wish her red carpet looks were as great as the looks she wears to interviews and press conferences. She knows how to dress down but look really stylish at the same time so I wish she, or her stylist, applied that to her red carpet looks.

she always had issues with RC outfits (ever since Oscar campaigning got her into spotlight), her press outfits are getting much better, but RC ones still have to be worked on, IMO. the main feeling i always get from them (except for the Tom Ford one that was gorgeous, but i do agree to an extend that it's not your big premiere dress) is that they're underwhelming, like there's always something missing. i even think she's been having the same stylist for few years, no? could be lionsgate paid for one too.

This is so true and I completely agree with you. Although I do think the part of reason why so many of us care is because we want her to have the whole package because she actually deserves it. We want her to be a great actress, be charming, and be really stylish. And at the moment she has two out of the three. So I guess we are all rooting for her to make an impact style-wise too. I've liked some of her outfits but they haven't wowed me the way I hoped they would which is a bit of a disappointment. Anyways, I can't wait to see her in THG on friday! It sounds like she's really fantastic.

Yeah, I want that for her, too. But I've been waiting ever since...what...two years ago at the Oscars? And she hasn't stepped up yet. It's obvious she's not into fashion like that. I think it's kind of become imperative now or rather we just take it for granted that actresses should be stylish, but it's only like 10% of their job, when they're promoting films. I don't feel bad about harshly judging these kids from Generation Nepotism like Zoe Kravitz, Lily Collins, and Emma Roberts because as far as I can tell they don't have any real talent and are riding tightly on the coattails of their parents' fame. Their fashion is about all the can lay claim to at the moment. But Jennifer, at the same age, is an Oscar-nominated actress with a winning personality. And she's not attention-hungry. Seriously, before the Hunger Games promotion it was almost like crickets over here. So I just hold her to a different standard. So. Yeah, basically an unnecessarily long way of saying I agree with you, yoninah. :flower:
