I attended that screening, thought she looked quite nice. I especially like the shoes. "Joy" is a mess, though.

She excels when the looks aren't meant for the red carpet - she always looks great when photographed on the streets on NY, for instance. I think it's the more casual vibe, that suits her.

The white dress reminds too much of her recent Hunger Games premiere dress, just with a different neckline. Once again, I feel it could have been tailored better.

She looks good in that purple coat.
Her style is all over the place though. I can't keep up. One day she's one thing, the next day she's the complete opposite. To see a young woman with so much personality in real life but absolutely none when it comes to her style , it kills me.
Also I hated the comment she made about having the people at Dior make two of whatever they are making for her for the Golden Globes so that she can wear the same dress as Amy Schumer. I don't mind that she wants to wear the same dress as Amy. Though I do find the whole " I want me and my bff to look like twins at the GG because were competing against each other in the same category but we're like so not taking this whole hollywood/awards game seriously" a bit obnoxious.
However calling the custom made, and most probably, ill-fitting couture gown that the Dior atelier will create for her " whatever they're making", shows that she clearly doesn't care about she's wearing. Maybe I'm bit pernickety or giving too much importance to Haute Couture but it proved me once again that her collaboration with Dior is pointless. She doesn't care.
But I'm excited to see her in Joy, even though I loathe David O. Russell. Apparently her performance is very strong.
