i dont really think that magazines make her look "lighter"... maybe its the lighting and the make up that makes her skin look lighter than before. And also perhaps its because she doesn't tan alot nemore. I mean when ur a kid, w/ a lot of time on ur hands.. u'd prolly like the sun and go out more often.
