I love Jessica's hair and makeup (as always) but the dress itself isn't my favorite. Since it has a 3-D aspect to it, with the embellishments, it isn't very flattering on her. It's the sort of design that I feel like doesn't work for most people. I wonder if it's one of those outfits that looks better in person then in photographs?
