So I've been wanting to buy some new jewelry...something I can wear when I go see plays or to nice dinners. Nothing too flashy, but fancier than my daily wear. The problem is that everything is so big! I have very small wrists, and equally small fingers, and thus, nothing fits. Are there any particular brands/designers who tend to run small with jewelry? I do run on a limited budget, so obviously really expensive jewelry is also out of the question.
