love joan's outfit at the 12-12-12 concert, but i really wish she would ditch the middle part and go for a softer hair 'do. I think her features and jaw line are already so strong, maybe the harsh middle part is a bit much.

i think she'd be even lovelier in side bangs or atleast a more tousled, wavy look with a middle part

yay for another vogue cover, but this one is definitely my least favorite. it looks like joan was photoshopped in the background, and yes, the outfit definitely does not go well with that background. everything looks so weird

This one isn't as bad as the last two but I agree with the sentiment that VA was her best Vogue cover to date. It doesn't make sense because she usually gets it right on other covers...

On a positive note, at least they did something semi-different to her hair here. If I see one more middle part or snatch-back ponytail I'll scream!

And did it really need to be "The Black Issue"???? The industry is really starting to tick me off when it comes to their treatment of black girls. No other group is treated like this!
