If I had to guess, I can see Joan's walk being a significant factor in her not getting cast for the VSFS. Her runway scorecard has been nothing short of incredible for the past two seasons (she closed Dior, hello!!), but girlfriend walks like a dude. I am not saying that she should make changes because the quality and quantity of the shows she has walked speaks for themselves, and as much as I adore Joan and have been rooting for her to do something with VS in some capacity since I saw her Nordstrom lingerie photos a few months back, the thought of seeing her walk down that loooong VS runway... mmmm, no.

^ I would have to agree with your whole post and these were also my thoughts when she didn't cast, as it her walk that lets her down. But I gotta say they have cast Lily Aldridge the last few years and her walk is atrocious, so that kinda defeats our argument.

^ Yeah, but I think that Lily is a VS contract model, and while I think that they technically have to try out for the VSFS, I think that they are pretty much a sure thing when it comes to being cast.
