joan certainly looks like the type that would venture out to other fields in the entertainment industry (i.e. acting) once the modeling thing has lost its novelty. i think joan could attain a similar path to the near-celebrity status that candice has achieved. out of nearly every model working at the moment, i think joan is certainly the hardest working, especially in terms of going to all these social events and getting her name out there.

i have nothing against candice, but i have never been to her thread here...and hopefully i will never have the urge to, unlike joan's, which i check at least every other day (i don't know how candice's name got on here, if someone was comparing them).
