I'm kind of torn about Joss. I think she is the cutest thing alive, but musically I think she kinda falls short of her potential.

Well, I think her voice is unbelievable but her music is just bland, not-particularly-good pop. Her voice has such richness and strength that isn't matched by her songs; imho, anyway.

Agreed^ She needs more challenging soul music. You'd never know how talented she was with the stuff she puts out. Not that it's not good but as you say not matched for her vocal abilities.
