Her career isn't over. She's not the first or last young model to be pregnant. Heidi Mount had her baby in the beginning of her modeling career (fw06-ss08) she came back strong and she's booking shows, campaigns now. i'm very postive that this will be a good hiatus.

isn't she quite young as well - like 18? If I were her, this would not be the time I would want to get pregnant, but there are many models who had kids prior to their modeling career (Yasmin Warsame?)

Oh so it is true. I'm happy for her, as young as she is though, and well maybe she deserves a small hiatus from the industry. I guess it's sort of very unexpected and some of us need time to sort of gather it all in, but no doubt Jourdan would make a great mother
