This is such a fabulous look. There's someting very old-Hollywood about it. With or without the cape, she looks like a total silver screen goddess. I love her earrings too.

PS I think the issue with that other dress is the metallic fiber causing that unusual wrinkling effect. I think it's going to do that on anyone ... I have seen that before, but I left the offending item in the dressing room
