I cannot believe there isn't a thread on this extraordinary actress!
Well, I'm starting one pronto!
A quick bio: Juliette came to international after starring in The Unbearable Lightness of Being in 1988. She then starred in the notorious film Damage, appeared in The Three Colours:Blue (my fave ) and won an oscar for best supporting actress in The English Patient in 1996.
She famously turned down Jurassic Park to star in Three Colours Blue ( a very wise decision)
She was chosen by People magazine as one of the 50 most beautiful people in the world in 1997.
The then French President Francois Mitterand invited her to dinner at the presidential palace in Paris, he said because "I dreamt one night that I kissed her, now I hope she will be my mistress." That always makes me laugh.
