Karly Loyce, who hails from Martinique’s capital, Fort-de-France, was studying biology at university when she was scouted on the streets of Paris in 2013. She’s become a familiar face on the runways on both sides of the pond, including at Céline, where she made her debut, though she hopes to continue her studies in a few years. “I hope I will be an engineer biologist, working in the hospital, maybe in the laboratories,” she says. “I love that.”
