here's a lil treat for y'all!!

a nice oldie runway vid of KK absolutely killin it on a runway in Brazil in 2002! there are a ton of gorgeous Brazilian models in the show as well, including the beautiful Ana BB and Giane Albertoni (who was really quite big at that point -- 'the next Gisele', they called her. so gorgeous, not sure what happened to her career since). but i really do think that there's just something special about KK. her walk, her body, her presence, her smile, her attitude. she just stands out in a way that legitimately says "International Supermodel" more than anyone else. perhaps i'm biased, but i honestly don't think so...

i can see this show becoming an absolutely obsession for fashionistas. everyone will be Team KK or Teach Coco or Team Naomi and compare their fashions. cause clearly, in every candid we've seen so far - they're all really glamming it up in some high-end gorgeous looks. i wonder if there's a stylist for the show or if they each just use their own personal one.

Polevshchikova did that in the "Models and their number of Vogue covers" a while back, here it is, I kind of cut the original image in half and added it to the side so I could get decent screenshots and also added her Vogue Spain cover from July to a total of 39 covers, 40 on the graphic

that's crazy -- but it can't be all of them, is it? she had 15 (!!!) covers alone in 2001. i thought she was much busier in international Vogues in 2003-2004.

sorta awesome that the past couple of years has been some of her best. she made a great comeback to fashion! now what would be AMAAAAZING would be a US Vogue cover with Naomi and Coco for "The Face". can you imagine?! heaven!

It must be difficult to do a downward-facing dog in skin-tight leather trousers.
But Czech supermodel Karolina Kurkova looked like she'd be up for the task as she slipped into the leathery slacks for yoga class in her Tribeca New York neighbourhood Monday.

With her hair pulled back in a low ponytail, the grinning 28-year-old was ready for action as she flaunted her pert derriere and slim pins in the rock 'n' roll fashion staple.
The blonde beauty chatted on her cell phone and finished off her chic black and white look with a dress shirt, baseball-cut jacket, and sensible black flats.
The former Victoria's Secret Angel carried along an environmentally-friendly water bottle and navy blue gym bag, presumably filled with a change of clothes.

The mother-of-one was later seen toting her cheerful son Tobin in his stroller.
The expressive three-year-old, wearing a Superman shirt, showcased a spectrum of smiles as his doting mother pushed him through picturesque Central Park.
Not seen today was her 39-year-old husband Archie Drury, a former actor.

Karolina, who's among the world's top-earning models, is fronting the CFDA’s Fashion Targets Breast Cancer 2012 t-shirt campaign.
'As a woman and a mother, I am proud to give a voice to the 1 in 8 women of all ages affected by breast cancer in their lifetime,' the gorgeous model said last week in the press release.
'By purchasing the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer t-shirt, you too, can lend your support to raise awareness and funds for patients, their families, and friends. And, it’s a fashionable reminder to get an annual check up!'

Karolina will soon appear on Oxygen channel's modeling competition The Face.
The series, airing February, will be hosted by former America's Next Top Model judge Nigel Barker and feature supermodel coaches Coco Rocha and Naomi Campbell.
Three teams of models, each led by a supermodel coach, are guided through real life assignments, including photo shoots and commercials.
