Avoocadoo, the editorial may have been Vogue or Elle and KK was quite young, definitely before 2004. She was running in heels and I believe one of the shots she was wearing a white short dress and her head was facing backwards, and her hair was messy. And it was definitely outdoors, very nature-like, like in the woods. Hope this helps!

If I followed KK more closely I probably would give it a try, but I may miss many things and a bigger fan should give it a shot just to make it as accurate as possible. I find lists like that very fun to compile though.
