Sharon Stone did not replace Kate. Kate was booked for the Dior campaign this fall and they haven't replaced her by anybody. Sharon Stone, as she was launched as the face for a Dior skin care campaign, voiced her support for Kate Moss - she stated that she thought that everyone should be allowed to make mistakes.

As much as I love Kate, I think it's clear she wasn't always uber stylish.

However she's always had her own way of dressing, which I still have respect for.

I think the thing is, most people who come to this thread are relatively young. Kate was a fashion icon, even in the 90s. What we should realize is that style standards were different back then...

I personally don't like her old style, but there's evidently SOMETHING appealing to it, since she had been named a style icon right off the bat

exactly- well put! She always was on all the Best Dressed lists as far back as I can remember.
