They attended the London party at Volstead alongside Jamie's bandmate Alison Mosshart, who sat down outside with a friend for a smoke and a huge smile with her very friendly dog. the dailymail said she tried on diamond necklace at Garrard and then she was seen carrying a Garrard bag after leaving the store. when she was back in her car she wore it again. so i figure she either decides to buy it or Garrard gave it to her.

just googled Garrard and found out Jade Jagger is the creative director of London jeweler Garrard. so Kate gets her diamond necklace for free, i guess.
