That's probably not even true. Calvin Klein just wants the free publicity that comes from making any remotely negative comment about Kate. I remember Kate saying Mark was difficult. Wasn't he also rather rude to her at that shoot and hasn't he made several rude comments about her in the press since? I know he used to have a really sh*tty attitude all the time back then. I'm siding with Kate on this one because most love her and say how great she is to work with so I find it more likely Mark was the difficult one. Kate made Calvin millions so he should grow up and be grateful to her either way.
