Kate Moss - posting requires reading thread rules, see post #1

not sure if this info has already been posted, but the styling is by Andrew Richardson:
The photoshoot took place at Santos Yacht Club, in Higienopolis, Sao Paulo, this thursday evening. This was not, really, a typical day of shooting: the international - and national - team's emotion when meeting the King was so much that it took over the set.

Everyone bought Brazil soccer shirts and asked for his autograph. Only Kate carried six! One of them for her brother, another one for Jamie Hince – at least.

Kate was so, so excited in seeing Pelé that she asked to take pictures with him, danced with him and acted as a fan shamelessly [couldn't find a better word, in the article it isn't meant to sound pejorative]. Testino's rule that forbids personal pictures on set was completely broken: whoever wanted registered the moment on their cell phones. Top stylist Andrew Richardson, who is styling the editorial, ended his work saying this was the best day of his life.

And the King? He loved it too. “I've already been photographed by the most important photographers in the world. Mario Testino was missing”, he said to Candé Salles's lenses, who was personally invited by Testino to do a documentary on this shoot specially made for Vogue Brazil.

In the end, Pelé gave an interview to Rede Globo's Fantástico, about Ronaldo's retirement. Kate didn't calm down. She waited until the end of the interview, went to him again and invited him to a drink later. Who would have imagined that?

Kate Moss to design her own wedding dress

She is one of the world’s most successful models and would have fashion designers clamouring to create her wedding dress.

But Kate Moss will not be wearing Versace, Gucci or Vera Wang when she walks down the aisle with rock guitarist Jamie Hince this summer.

She has chosen a lesser-known designer to create the dress – herself.

It is understood that 37-year-old Kate, who has sold her own fashion range through High Street chain Topshop, has rejected the idea of a haute couture gown.

Designer Vivienne Westwood, 70, a close friend of Kate for 15 years, let the secret slip last week. Asked if she had been approached to create the wedding dress, Vivienne said: ‘No, I think she’s designing it herself.

‘She has done her own fashion range and she knows about clothes. She knows what she is doing, she doesn’t need my help.

‘Kate is a mate. I’ve known her for years and I’m really happy for her.’

The supermodel will marry The Kills frontman Jamie, 40, on July 2 at a still-to-be-revealed venue. The chief bridesmaid will be eight-year-old Lila Grace, her daughter from a relationship with magazine publisher Jefferson Hack.

This is her second engagement after being Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty’s fiancee for three months in 2007.

At that time, she was reported to have asked designer Alexander McQueen, who committed suicide last year, to create a £20,000 black-and-white lace wedding dress described as being ‘traditional with a modern unique twist’.
