Are you referring to the photo below with denim shorts?
If so, I think it would be a little disproportionate (to say the least) to state this is supermodel status quality.
When in fact, it is a very average photo of Kate. Poor styling and over made up IMO. This is from either a cheap catalog or something of the sort.

By far, the older photos of Kate (further below) are much more of a testimony and illustration to Kate's true talent as a muse.

I'm not too sure which club its from but i recall reading that it was Pete's - the photo was taken when they first met...it was taken in his apartment.
