I wanted to say that I totally agree with your feeling regarding Kate's new work. It is really spoilt and not at all enhanced by photoshop, same goes for a lot of my fave icons like Cindy and Linda etc, their recent work will never equal the purity that you would find in old 1980's 1990's editorials and campaigns by Lindbergh or Ritts for instance, where the true magic happened simply by the genius combination of both muse and photographer.
I still collect (most of) their work but I admit that the new buys are merely to continue an old habit, but my real pride is in owning their earlier work.
