^This has been discussed a million times before in this thread. Her agency claims 5-8, but she is likely to be around the 5-6 mark (or was at her prime). She probably just looks taller because of her frame.

@RNAgirl, Celebheigs actually have her listed as 5-6 as well. There is a quote from 1999 where she confirmed this as well.

That's an interesting remark....suggesting that she's shrunk at the ripe old age of 40

5'6" is a pretty good estimation, I'd put her at 170cm (which technically is 5'6.9") which looks about right.

I think all these jumpsuits Kate's been wearing lately need to be tailored properly, or she should (PLEASE) stop wearing them altogether. They look all saggy and baggy, like a baby who needs their diaper/nappy changed.

Storm would probably have listed her as 169 cm if she was 168,5 cm, assuming they didn't add imaginary centimetres to her. Also, you are taller in the morning. If measured in the afternoon, she might have been 168,25. I think her agency would have preferred to measure her in the morning and round up where possible. Taller girls were prefered in the early 90s too, it is not a totally new phenomenon. Using the same logic in reverse, she could also be 169,5 + 0,25, which would make her 170cm when rounding off. If that were the case, she would have said she was 5-7 and her agency would not have claimed 169...


It is not unreasonable to assume she has shrunk half an inch either. Women on average loose two inches between the age of 30 and 70. It is not likely she shrunk more than 0,5 cm though. Still, that would put her just below 168 today. When you consider that she has described herself as 5-6, I think this is probably her true height.

I actually hate that fur, it looks too costumey. Even she can't pull that off, especially with the boots. I like the boots, just not with the fur. I think she probably thought the best thing to do with such statement pieces was to just wear all black, but it looks even stranger, like she only put on half her Halloween costume. If she had gone all out she could've pulled it off better.

Yeah it was the most surreal moment of the BRITs so far. She looked incredible, read a speech that David had wrote in which he called Kate someone from Venus, if I remember correctly, and then asked Scotland to stay with with the UK.
