She has it raised? She did this last year as well in some candids. I do the same thing when I am talking sometimes (and one always goes up further than the other for some reason). As you get older and you get more wrinkles you can lift your brow further. Not sure how old you are, but if you try to raise your eyebrows, you will feel a lot of resistance if you don't have wrinkles. As the skin gets more lines this resistance dissapears and the skin easily folds itself into the existing lines. If I knew skin-words I could explain it better, but I don't so this will have to do

Why would she get botox that would enhance the wrinkles above her brows? Surely if the goal was to make her look younger, she would inject botox above the brow to relax the muscle that pulls the brow up. I personally think she looks much younger when her brows are not raised, see pictures below (both from june/july 2016).

^How do you know that Platinum Blonde has not given Karma? Or isn't out of Karma? Or can't Karma without spreading it around more (or whatever the automatic response you get from tfs when you try to give karma to the same person too often)? Regardless, are you having such a bad day that you can't bear watching someone thanking someone else? Wow!
