Kate Moss - posting requires reading thread rules, see post #1

Because some are simply rare, and have been barely seen I would think, though some are obviously everywhere.

I was wondering about Kate and Pete also. I thought they'd split up finally, but then comes rumours about a wedding in Ibiza.

Why don't people just assume that if an editorial or ad isn't brand new, it's already been posted?

We don't have to assume. We know, because we pay attention. Otherwise, we CAN assume based on the logic that, if an editorial is popular enough, especially American or British, of course it's been posted.

Like justadreamer says, some are RARE, and normal Kate fans understand the difference.

I hope everything lolita has posted gets deleted, because this can't become like the last thread. Posters need to show some respect.

I've not visitted it recently but I get the feeling it's pretty long, so searching through the thread could be a pain in the  , but yes posting etiquette should be acknowledged. A couple of mishaps of things that have been posted already I think are okay if they really are lost amongst the whole old thread, but lot's and lot's of posts for the sake of just posting pictures of Kate gets boring because they're usually the most popular/well known ones.

I started up a 'new' photo thread for someone in another forum, with the intent to only post brand new pictures in it, and then people came along and started filling it with old photos just coz they were their favourites, or were the first thing that came up in Google.

Aaaanyways, not very Kate related so let's get back on track... erm...

Okay I have no news or new photos so I'll just shut up :innocent:

Does anyone else find this Kate Yoga sculpture really weird...and creepy?

"Supermodel Kate Moss is depicted in a contorted yoga pose in a life-size bronze statue, due to go on display in the Netherlands. " from about.com

i have been trying to go back and find the post which features an article on the beauty profucts kate uses...does anyone remember the name of the clarins - or was it clinique - lip tint...it was honey something...thanks!! x

I quite like the sphinx sculpture, it's some of the more aesthetically pleasing work that Marc Quinn has done. I find the way that her body twists and curves quite beautiful, even if it's not Kate's actual body. Plus I agree with the concept behind it. How Kate is probably the biggest celebrity of our time.

Can anyone tell me exactly how tall Kate Moss is? I know most people say she is 5ft7 (170cm) But I've also heard she's 5ft6 and even 5ft8 and 5ft9.
Sorry if its already been said.. I'm just curious.

Oh and by the way, isn't she just beautiful!:flower:

I think it's pretty cool too. never really seen any of Marc Quinn's other work but i think these sculptures are kinda like.. cheese? they grow on you the more you look at them :D

Cheese? I know what you mean though :D

Well I think Marc Quinn's most famous piece is a 'sculpture' of his own head that's kept in a freezer because it's made out of I don't know how many gallons of his own blood. I believe it almost got destroyed in the fire at the Saatchi gallery in... 2003 I think... but it survived.

There's some photos of his other work on that site.

It's a great shade. Except every store in London seemed to have sold out of it when I looked. Finally managed to track some down. And my dad's got some from duty free too. It's perrfect for me as it's natural, as the only stuff i ever wear on my lips is rosebud slave and benetint. I love it-it looks horrendously dark in the tube but its incredibly sheer and light.
