no, the book didn't mention anything like that. it wasn't rumour-based, it was all interview quotes. i hate rumours, so i wouldn't have bought the book if it was like that. every rumour about her i've ever heard has been false. i don't believe ANYTHING unless i hear it from her mouth.

While waiting around on a music video a group of the dancers started talking about celeb's. Like who is pretty and who is not. They referred to kate as 'Just a skinny , blonde white girl.' I was really offended because A) I like her and B) I am a skinny(,dark)blonde white girl! b*tches!

Sadie Frost is about 5 4' and Kate does not seem much taller than her.
