why are you returning them? didn't you get the chance to try them on at the shop??

you could try them on but you ongly get 20 mins to shop...and i realised when i got home, i got them because you're allowed 5 items...i thought if i didn't get 5 it would be a waste...but im happy with the other stuff i got and i can get over £100 back if i return.

she was stunning...so beautiful. i didn't get to see the clothes i didn't have my eye on as i just zeroed in on what i wanted...what i have is great, though. but yeah, really stunning.
LUCKY!

she looks good.

also, the mannequin in 15631 that she's sitting next to with the hat looks sort of like irina, yes/no?

Yeah :flower:

All the items look made in very cheap material... :ermm: but I can just say that from seeing them in pics

The dress IS cheap, folks. It's Topshop I assume.

Exactly, I don't know why people are complaining about the quality. It's Topshop. The entire point of Topshop is to produce lower quality things and correspondingly low prices. If you want a dress made out of high quality silk or something don't expect to find it for under 120. If you want a pretty good looking dress for that price then go to Topshop.

I don't think Topshop usually looks that bad... I have a lot of Topshop's items and they, of course, don't look like they are made in the best quality but they surely don't look as bad as you are saying IMO.

Topshop is the best quality you can get on the High Street IMO. And not exactly "cheap" if you're a poor student like me. But I was just saying that everyone is describing the dress as "cheap" looking, because they're used to seeing Kate in Lanvin, Galliano and Stella McCartney. It's not going to look AS good close up.

theres nowt wrong with the dress kates wearing. I think the quality, cut and design is what you expect from a highstreet brand. actually its probably better than most.

Ladyflash is quite right in that topshop isnt so budget friendly as many like to believe. most of the people that shop there are in the 16-25 age categorey and if your a student or living on a low wage then it can be quite pricey.

I wish impossibleprincess was still around I want to ask her about that floral dress that Im lusting after so badly. Ive just read on one blog that it looks very cheap in real life :(

exactly :flower: It's hardly Peacocks or Primark.

What type of fabric is the floral dress made out of? It's not (shudder) polyester is it?

hmm, so thats what she was doing in the other window....we didn't get to see that, because we were made to queue at the other entrance-and then she peeped over the cardboard behind the window to wave to the first few people in the queue. so sweet.

and the girl in front of me said that kate had pointed to the red dress she was wearing and mouthed, "forty five" as in £45...not sure if thats the case though, and the girl in front did seem to really want to believe kate would communicate with her...and they would sell that dress for much more than that...

oh yeah, saw fifi aswell, she was in a black and white summer dress.
