a glow to her... maybe it's stress from the TopShop launch
or maybe stress from having a bf like Pete...
but that's a whole nother subject i won't get into, besides

lip color! Right?! Her lips were plain but they also seem chapped.

I have mixed feelings towards the dress, it would of been nicer if it had been a good quality of fabric but since its by Topshop you can tell the material looks cheaps. I think she could of looked a lot better if she wasn't wearing a dress from Topshop...she def was not the best of the night, Olsen twins have my vote.

i agree with you.. she looks very tired! Like she can sleep on that carpet.
I think naomi looks even better on that photo then kate.. ( and that saying by a kate moss fan! )
