I can tell by the stitchings and pocket size..

Yeah I don't know. They look exactly like my j brands. Sorry it just seems strange to me that whenever she wears a new pair of pants someone automatically says they're siwy. Particularly as I know some of her pants have been mis-i.d.ed before.

I very certain they're siwy's. She has worn them many times before Her black jbrand's have a longer inseam than those in the new candids and it has been along time since she wore her black jbrand's. Now 'a' days she 'prefers' to wear the ink lovestory jbrand's.

I just can't get over the fact that about 80% of her collection, Kate wouldn't be seen DEAD in if she didn't have to promote it.

You can tell those are for sure siwy because of the dark blackness and also, mainly the front pocket shaped. If you look carefully, all the siwy's look like the front pocket scoop is more scooped- if you know what I mean.

Plus, I think the only jbrands I have ever seen her in are the flares.
Then Sass&Bide, but they only have very particular washes that are clearly theres.
For the most part, I agree-siwy.
