the fringe makes her hair look fuller and softer. She also looks a lot younger in my opinion. Fringes are a great way of transforming a hairstyle without really doing any dramatic cutting. if she doesnt like it, its so long it will grow out in no time although personally I hope she keeps it because I think it looks pretty awesome.
