Good question. If it wasn't a fake, she was really decided, because she never removed the tiny heart in her hand (which I think was for Johnny?).

even though the heart was for johnny, it could also mean love in general, so it's fine. but "p" definitely stands for pete, though i think it was fake. she doesn't have it in any of the cancun beach pics and there is no removal scar.
