don't know them all...
but i know one is styled by Carine Roitfeld (3rd).... then possibly shooted by Mario Testino.... it was published in (old) Glamour France.... around 92-93... I posted it in Carine Roitfeld's thread like a year ago... bonne chance!

After a long flight back from the US supermodel Kate Moss got the shock of her life when her boyfriend Jamie jumped out and surprised her at Heathrow airport.
