I'm not sure if this has been posted, but The Daily Telegraph today said that the dress Kate wore to the party for British Vogue is Kate Moss for Topshop.

I so hope this is true! It's such a great dress (shirt?) I've been looking for ages to find out who designed it. I suspected it was vintage, but if it's Topshop I can get it! Wohoo!!!
