I totally agree, she's very hunched over and the dress does no favors. She doesn't look like that at all in any candids.

If Kate isnt pregnant [and from the amount of smoking she has been doing recently I hope to God she isnt] she looks majorly out of shape especially in the yellow dress pics. We all get swollen bellies from time to time and Kate has always had lovely subtle curves but theres no hiding from the fact that the protruding belly is not a good look.
