^it looked great and fresh originally when she had it parted in the middle. I dont like it flipped over to one side, it looks dry and damaged.

I think when she has her side-parted hair flat on her face she looks alot better. When it's flipped up slightly she just looks middle-aged. I think she needs to dye it a slightly warmer shade as it does age her. And on a final note, those sunnies do nothing for her; they need to go.

Regarding her photoshoot in LA

Miley Cyrus’s “special friend” Justin Gaston just shot the new Just Cavalli Spring 2009 worldwide campaign with British supermodel Kate Moss, according to his modeling agency Vision Model Management.

The campaign was shot in Los Angeles by famed photographers Mert & Marcus. (They are the same team who is shooting Victoria Beckham’s new ads for Giorgio Armani’s Emporio Armani women’s underwear collection.)

I've never tried their foundations but they've got good mascaras IMO

She mentioned in POP a couple years ago she uses Kesalan Patharan foundation. I highly recommend it.
