Liberty, i found these addresses via google..i think they are the right ones :)
One of a kind
253 Portobello Road
Notting Hill, London W11 1LR
Tel: 020 7792 5853
Cornucopia
12 Upper Tachbrook St, SW1 (020 7828 5752) Pimlico tube. Open Mon-Sat 11am-6pm.

One of a Kind is in notting hill down portobello rd [I have a feeling it is round where all the fruit and veg stalls are but dont take my word.] When I was last there with my friend in the summer we saw the Vivienne Westwood dress Kate wore to the V&A exhibition in 2004 [the green dress with the brown swirly patterns.] Ill have to ask my friend if she thinks it is the exact same one though [but there cant be too many of them left I wouldnt have thought.]

The clothes in there are pretty amazing although its crammed full so its hard to sift through. The other thing to mention is its reeeeeally expensive. way over priced. The "secret" invite only room is even more eye wateringly expensive but the items are erm..."one of a kind" so its to be expected. The owner was kind enough to invite us in even though we didnt phone in advance so i guess you can try your luck. Oh and you have to ring the bell for someone to let you into the shop in the first place which is kind of intimidating in a way...

There are some photos of Kate with the staff on a board in the front window.

Cornucopia is closed I think. It was in sw1 though.

laisla, you have to phone in advance, just to get into the shop?!
anyway i've always asked myself..does kate ever suffer the cold?? i mean, if i was going around dressed like her i would absolutely freeze! and i don't think the weather in london, especially now, it's that warm..

^ no just the hidden bit at the back [at the back of the main shop there is a locked door which leads down into a room full of antique clothing and other pricey things.] You still have to ring on a door bell to be let into the main shop though :-/

having seen Kate wear HOTPANTS IN OCTOBER I have to say no, Kate doesnt feel the cold!

I love her and Jamie together. Their outfits go so well together
I like the candids with his jeans, stripe shirt and scarf and her white pants, grey top and leopard coat. Looks awesome

For those who asked about the Kate Moss Style book, I have it.
Quite a lot of outfits are id'd in there which I did not know already, for example the leopard print gown with matching shoes:
'that was a 1970s vintage dress that steven from rellik had picked up in some old thrift shop, and it came with matching shoes, and loaned it to her. i went in one day and it was hanging on the rail, he'd hand picked that dress for her. She turned up in a shape that no one else was wearing.
that's why i like kate, she's a tale of the unexpected- you never know what she's going to wear'.
Julien Macdonald
If anyone is interested i can post some more.

is it worth to buy it the book?

well, you can wear hotpants/shorts/skirts/dresses with thicker stockins in london, i am now here and i can, and in october there was a few warm days, my boyfriend lives in london so i go here everymonth..and layering, kate does that a lot.

Vogue.co.uk, November 2008 - Kate Moss shopped at the A-list's favourite vintage store - Alfies Antique Market in London - wearing a faux fur coat. Vogue's favourite cover girl tried on a red vintage dress during her visit.

Things get messy at Mossy's...as usual

thisislondon.co.uk
Kate Moss doesn't need much of an excuse to get trashed.
The birthday of her long-serving PA Fiona Young last night proved the perfect foil for Miss Moss to go on one of her famous benders. The venue was the Miller's Academy of Arts and Science in Westbourne Grove, and she was joined by boyfriend Jamie Hince, Damon Albarn, Sadie Frost and Jefferson Hack.
Kate, 34, looked a little worse for wear as the gang bowled out at 2am to head back to her place in St John's Wood for the afterparty.
Hellraiser Rhys Ifans showed up with a carrier bag full of booze, and other latecomers were Davinia Taylor, Dave Gardner and Jo Wood
