kate never had a trial in court. but these were taken a day after the allegations were revealed in september 2005. kate was in nyc and had a meeting with h&m that day (her stella mccartney for h&m ads were cancelled).

i know i was just trying to make a point of the period and years , cause the question was when was that piv taken....without too much explaining....but she had things with police and stuff like that going on in those few day so i was just trying to give short answer on when that was
