I love Kate's look at the Topshop afterparty, especially the make-up and hair

It pains me to say this-but-I think she has had "something" done to her face.

But I would love to be proven wrong!!!! It's just that there is something about her eyes especially that looks different and artificial.
I hate any kind of cosmetic surgery so I really hope I am wrong!!

That was exactly the first thing I thought when I saw those pics, I think Botox is involved. I hope not, I too hate "cosmetic interventions" with passion.

I agree she looks different around the eyes but I don't think she's had any work done. It looks as though she has some light-reflecting, whitish concealer under her eyes, and the way her hair is pulled back very tightly at the sides is giving her the appearance of a face lift.

the area around her eyes is much lighter than the rest of her face which makes me think that she has a lot of concealer on.

LuLover and Les Sucettes I know exactly what you mean. It pains me to say it too. That was my first thought as well and I guess it was also what I meant with my previous comment, but I just couldn't bring myself to actually say it because I too am not a fan of cosmetic surgery and for some reason I just never thought that Kate would ever go for any of that crap. She just always seemed more natural than that to me and above that kind of thing which is part of what I've always loved about her. LuLover, her eyes were exactly what gave me the impression of something being altered too. I really hope we're wrong.

That's true lizardlove and laisla, I definitely noticed that her eye area is clearly way lighter than the rest of her face as though she used a concealer meant for someone albino as opposed to one meant for her own skin tone. Hopefully that's the cause of the strange new appearance of her eye area.

I guess we will probably never know, but I am quite sure. If it was someone else I would say "yes, definatly" but because I love Kate I don't want it to be so!!!!
