Dear oh dear, she's looking more and more like Bet Lynch each day. And Lou Doillon pulled the black dress/leopard print coat look off with more class. On the other hand, she does look beautiful in the photograph above, from the days when she wasn't so into the Essex wife tan and fake hair.

i think the pictures of her at the topshop party with naomi are fantastic and is it just me or does her hair kinda remind us of audrey hepburn (just the style of it , im not saying shes audrey hepburn)
and i love her jeans in post 1024 , she looks fantastic in those shots

Kate needs a makeover. Her hair and colour is just horrible.If she is going to keep her hair in a bun, she mind as well cut it short. Her face is beautiful. Not a lot of people can rock short hair, but Kate can.

I agree, she looks great in the pics with Naomi in #1031. Her hair looks much darker in most of the pics and her makeup is really classic. Not sure about the actual hair style...I just prefer her with darker hair in general.

Three cheers to you! The media completely builds women up into these ridiculously unrealistic paragons of beauty and then loves to tear them down. Both sides are totally misogynistic. I'm so in agreement with you that neither the idolizing nor the tearing to shreds of female celebrities results in so called 'normal' women feeling better about themselves. Prhaps if there was more realism in the media rather than extreme praise or extreme critism (or inthis case extreme photoshopping) 'normal' women wouldn't feel bad to begin with.
Also, wasn't Rimmel fined for Kate's mascara ads because she was in fact wearing false eyelashes? Aren't there laws regarding how far you can go photoshopping? Or are they only applicable to advertisements?

All the mascara ads in the magazines I've seen-the models have fake lashes and also they make loading photoshops.and all those make-up/foundation ads...The ad models have no pores.nothing.no pimple.no colour difference.no scar.Its not ethic.I can see differences very clear between paparazzi shoots and magazine cover differences of Kate's pictures.She has unique cheekbones and face structure.Everyone can get aged.Its the reality of life and people better expect her to age normally without botox or anyhing.Why women cant age happilly?is it like the end of the world?getting older is not a bad thing.Its life.I love kate's pictures- but not with loaded photoshops.

I'm definitely sticking with my theory that her hair is the real problem. Seriously most of us would probably have loved that outfit she wore with the jeans and KM Topshop shirt if her hair was the same length and color that it was like 3 years ago before she had the shoulder length cut with the fringe (which I loved, but I still like her hair long best), but with her hair as it is and in that bun (if you can even call it that its so tiny) it throws the whole look off because its so unflattering. I really do think that Kate's hair just looks best when its either super short like the sort of pixie-style cut she had years ago or its long like when she was with pete for example. Anything in between those lengths just doesn't seem to work anywhere near as well for her and isn't flattering. I understand she's trying to grow it out and right now she's dealing with that akward matronly secretary length as she called it which is no fun, but her decision to only wear her hair pulled back while she's growing it out is a mistake. I think no matter how matronly she thinks her hair looks down with the length it is now it would still look so much better down than it does constantly slicked back like she's been wearing it. I mean she could always just get extensions while she waits for it to grow out to a length she likes. She certainly has the money to afford it and its not like she hasn't worn them before (remember one of her extensions being sold on ebay after it fell out outside an event a couple years back?). This post is getting beyond too long so end rant! my point is: COME ON KATE JUST LET YOUR FREAKIN HAIR DOWN!

I think that green dress is wonderful. At least she's not dressing like a sl*t. The worst part is that she hanging out with David Walliams. Now that's embarrassing!
