I quite like the green dress. I love green and I like vintagish (is that a word?) feel of the pattern. I love how Kate does something new and isn't afraid of taking some chances

I wouldn't mind if she took some chances with her hair though - the updo is beginning to be a bit boring but I'm guessing she's doing it because she's growing out her hair. I'm at the same stage and I do a lot of buns too.

Because all this year I was watching every outfit
and there was not any good choice.

if she just let her hair down, for christ's sake, everything she wear will look at least 50% better. i remember that when kate started dating jamie hince there were some pictures of her with the hair in a bun/ponytail and i commented on how great she looked like that, but now i'm sick of it too. especially the way she's wearing it, always the same, and doesn't look really good (where the hell is james brown?). in the latest pics with the green dress she looks older not because of wrinkles, but because of this f****ing hairdo. hasn't her hair grown already? i mean, she complained about the "secretary" length quite a while ago... what about extensios for a while?...
i think sir philip green has brainwashed her, i'm not sure how, but i do blame him for kate's style alteration.

i don't think kate ever dresses like a sl*t, she just doesn't posses that somenthing that would make an outfit look sl*tty...and that's one of her many appeals and pluses, since always..oh and yes, went to see that last dress again and still doesn't seem to work in my opinion

*gag* that is the worst outfit she's worn [well, that I can remember] Im usually the first to jump to her defence when people moan about her daily outfits when its obvious shes just doing the school run or shopping but she usually steps up her game at 'dos.

LOL @ *ana*, seriously if you go back to page 70 of this thread my comment is almost EXACTLY the same as yours just worded differently. Minus the phillip greene part though which I agree with, but didn't think to include. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way about her hair! I'd be afraid if I ever saw her out anywhere that I'd scream at her to let her damn hair down not that this would ever happen since I unfortunately live in the US, but you get the point.

^lol i just read your post and we did say the exact same thing (i wonder why)
i was going through jane birkin's thread now, searching for a certain picture, and i saw this one that reminded me of kate because of the dress. i think she'd have looked way nicer with something more like this
