I dont like that make up either. She always looks better with natural make up. That night when she ripped that vintage dress her make up was brilliant. Red lips, some mascara etc.. That kind of look .

The Love Ball outfit is great and unexpected with the pink on the dress since lately we mostly only see her in basic colors like black, white, grey, ect. I love the look of the coat and shoes with that dress. I definitely agree with everyone else that the heavy eye makeup has to go! Especially if she is going to wear her hair pulled back like that and with those chandelier earrings. She just looks her best when her makeup is natural and not so dramatic. The heavy eye does seem to age her.

now seeing those pictures i realized what was bothering me about her love ball look besides the makeup - the hair. i've gotten tired of seeing kate's her tied up, especially when she's wearing those earrings, which i can't say i like very much... but that's it! i feel like it's almost absurd to complain when she's wearing such a non-obvious/not black/not from topshop party look...
