I think the combo black smokey eyes and red lips doesn't suit her... It makes her look too hard and aged.

I agree, I like the look but the red lipstick is a little too much for her, maybe if it was a different shade

I like the lips, although I different shade would be better on her. The eyes are a no (just too much going on her face).

The thingy on her shoulders, unless we have a different angle, is just a rag. Shiny, velvety, but still...
