I think it's cool Kate skipped the Met gala to do something fun with her kid. While I think the actual exhibit at the Met will be awesome the whole idea of having a punk themed gala is a ridiculous oxymoron and I think she gets that. I think all these over-privileged people trying so hard to look punk just looked really silly. Although if anybody could pull it off it would be Kate.
