regarding fur, judging by his RST 2014 fw collection, apparently Marc eats his words.

The boots Kate paired with the fur coat may very well be Alaia, but they are not the ones pictured above. Different lace/buckle details and different sole. The silhouette is also a bit different. I think hers are patent leather.
