Every single OB site i have been to clearly states that they met at the premiere and Josh Hartnett introduced them. B/c kate and josh were frinds and josh and orli were in black hawk down together.

he didn't meet Kate at the LOTR premiere. their agents set it up.

I heard that Robin set them up too... I guess we'll never know unless they confirm it (which is unlikely) - I've heard so many rumours of how they got together though, meeting on the set of the Gap ad... At the TTT premiere (which is what I originally thought was correct, until I read an interview where Kate said that they were friends before that) etc. etc.

Everyone says they met at the GAP add, SOOO WRONG, that was kate Beckinsale, they filmed a jeans commercial together with Cameron crowe as the director, also directing Orli in Elizabethtown coming out in October. I do know one thing for sure they didn't go out BEFORE the TT Premiere. So that just leaves me to say they were introduced at TT BECAME FRIENDS THEN about a month or 2 later they started dating b/c They officialy started dating in about march 2003 and the premiere was December 2002. That time line just makes the most sense to me.

he def. didn't meet her at the TTT premiere, because back then he was already shooting "Pirates" and she was with him on the set in St. Vincent
