I was getting so annoyed when they kept switching from the spinoff to GA over and over again. I love Addison (and Kate!) but she did not hold her own in PP (Private Practice). I think they tried everyone's lines funny, but they just came out ridiculous. Like Tim Daly? "I'm gonna kiss you, i'm gonna kiss you with tongue" What the HELL was that? My local radio station (Z100 Nyc) kept playing that over and over all day. How could anyone think that would turn a girl on?

yeah i liked it in theory what they were trying to do but i felt the whole thing failed. It has absolutely no rhythm. Though i think PP looks interesting at least. And it was like a who's who of Prison Break on that episode!

Kate Walsh Engaged

Grey's Anatomy star Kate Walsh now has another reason to celebrate: In addition to getting her own spinoff, she's also getting married.

The actress, 39, confirmed Tuesday that she's engaged to her boyfriend, Alex Young, a production co-president at 20th Century Fox. The Grey's star flashed her Neil Lane Jubilee-cut diamond to PEOPLE and said that Young proposed last week in San Francisco.

So what makes her fiancé so special? "Oh, everything," she gushed at the Entertainment Weekly upfront party at The Box in NYC. "He's the most amazing man I ever met."

Walsh recently stepped out with Young at an April 28 fund-raiser for Barack Obama in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, ABC this week formally announced that Walsh will star in her own Grey's Anatomy spinoff, playing Dr. Addison Montgomery-Shepherd in Private Practice. The show will air Wednesdays this fall and costar Taye Diggs and Tim Daly.
