Ohhh, I that pic of her and McDreamy (probably more so than elllen pompeo). Her hair is *amazing*, better than all the other grey's ladies (ellen's slicked back hair and katherine's show hair is nice but something's always off...)

love those earrings with the color of her dress and hair. she is once again a stunner -- my only issue with the dress is that i wish it didn't fade into white at some places...but maybe that's just me.
