i think she looks much better as a brunette but if she insists on staying a blonde she should at least take care of her hair which looks burned; also she has to visit another hair salon...unless she doesn't go to a hair salon and she does her hair on her own
also, those eyebrows are too dark! don't go blonde if you're not willing to dye your eyebrows
